Welcome to WobeDrip. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of wobedrip.com and any purchases you make from our online store. By accessing or using our site and/or placing an order with WobeDrip, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our site.
1. Definitions
- “WobeDrip”, “we”, “us”, “our” means WobeDrip (wobedrip.com).
- “You”, “your”, “Customer” means the person using the site or placing an order.
- “Products” means goods offered for sale on wobedrip.com.
- “Services” includes order fulfilment, delivery, returns and customer support.
- “Site” or “Website” means wobedrip.com and its subpages.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this site. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms.
3. Your Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations of these Terms.
4. Product Information & Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, measurements, colors, and pricing. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, or production changes. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free; if an error affects your order, we will contact you with options (e.g., cancel, replace, refund).
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are shown in Naira (₦) unless otherwise indicated.
- Prices on the site are valid at the time of order; we reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to accepting your order.
- Payment is processed via Paystack (cards, banks, USSD, transfers). By submitting payment you authorise Paystack and your bank to process the transaction. We do not store full card numbers.
- You are responsible for any payment fees, currency conversion charges, or bank fees imposed by your payment provider unless stated otherwise.
- If payment authorization fails, your order may be cancelled automatically.
6. Placing Orders & Acceptance
- Placing an order on the site constitutes an offer to buy from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (including stock unavailability or suspected fraud).
- You will receive an order confirmation email; this is not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the Product(s) or we send a “Order Ready for Pickup” or similar confirmation.
- If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a refund or offer an alternative.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery terms, fees, and timelines are provided on our Shipping & Returns page. We offer free delivery within Lagos; nationwide fees are set by zone.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, force majeure, customs, or inaccurate delivery information are outside our control.
- Title and risk in the products pass to you on delivery.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

9. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled before shipping.
- If an order has shipped, please follow the Returns process after delivery.
- We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (including suspected fraud or breach of these Terms).
10. Promotions & Gift Cards
Promotions, discount codes, and gift cards are subject to specific terms and may have expiry dates, usage limits, exclusions, or minimum spend requirements. We may modify or cancel promotions at any time.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website: text, images, logos, designs, and graphics; is owned or licensed by WobeDrip and protected by copyright, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, modify, or distribute any material from the site without express written permission.
12. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to the site or tag us on social platforms, you grant WobeDrip a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit, publish, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes. Do not post content that violates others’ rights.
13. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the site to:
- Post fraudulent, abusive or unlawful content.
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site.
Violation may result in account termination and legal action.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WobeDrip's total liability arising out of or related to your use of the site or purchase of products is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. WobeDrip is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if foreseeable.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold WobeDrip, its officers, employees, agents and partners harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of the site, or infringement of any third-party right.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, strikes, pandemics, government action, courier failures, and other events of force majeure.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site, your account or your orders at any time for breach of these Terms or if we suspect illegal or harmful activity.
18. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will indicate when changes were made. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein (Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and WobeDrip concerning the sale of products through the Site.
